The location was great, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and was served for 3 hours… 6:30-9:30. The room was very comfortable.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff is excellent, very helpful and courteous. Even with a full house, it was very quiet. The location is convenient to everything in Clemmons and Winston-Salem. We’ll definitely be back.

Recently updated. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the expected necessities; hair dryer, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toiletries. we enjoyed the breakfast bar with a waffle maker and the eating area was constantly cleaned and restocked.

Pristine clean, looks freshly painted, lots of natural light, every public space with comfortable seating and very spacious, comfortable rooms. Even better, a warm, welcoming, helpful staff.

Staff was exceptional. They were friendly but not overbearing or fake. The area felt safe-well lit, convenient, accessible to customer, but not inviting to a criminal. Accommodations were fully adequate plus. Entire area pleasant to the eyes. No strange odors or smells.

The hotel was very warm and welcoming. The staff informed me that it is just completing renovations. Clean and comfy beds.
